Pricing change: Dulce

As of tomorrow, our Dulce sugar will be $11 per bag, down from $14.

The sugar is the same delicious Dulce we have always had, gently heated, with minimal processing, subtle and rich sweetness. We started bringing the very special sugar into Melbourne in winter of 2009, right before we opened our roastery in Prahran. We chose this sugar because unlike every Australian produced sugar, this one is made with minimal processing, and the result is delicious.

We've been able to offer the Dulce at a lower price now because we are now bringing the sugar in directly from Costa Rica, and this is cheaper than bringing it through the UK.
